Sapphire Service

Agewell’s hugely successful Sapphire Service at Sandwell Hospital will be funded until end January 2021and is expanding to include Sandwell residents at Russells Hall Hospital too.

The impact the Sapphire Service is making was recognised by Sandwell and West Birmingham Hospitals NHS Trust when it shortlisted the team for a coveted Star Award 2018.

“I can’t praise the Sapphire Service enough,” says West Bromwich resident Mark.

Agewell and the West Bromwich African Caribbean Resource Centre (WBACRC) are jointly delivering a new service called The Sapphire Service in Sandwell and City Hospitals.
