Jason Denny, Vivienne Allen, Veronica Howe and Vanessa Grizette are the frontline staff delivering the new Sapphire Service for older people in Sandwell and City hospitals
They are all becoming familiar faces on the wards, where they are getting to know older patients and providing them with much needed company during their stay, as well as continuing to visit them at home after discharge.
If you feel they could help you or a loved one, have a word with them on the wards or pop in to the Agewell shop opposite the entrance to the outpatients department at Sandwell hospital where you can leave a message for them.
