Our bumper spring issue has just been published, with a special feature on one of our newest projects with the Connected Care Partnership.
Last summer, Agewell secured funding from the Connected Care Partnership’s Vanguard Programme for a new 12 month project focussing on vulnerable older people in Smethwick which aimed to encourage them to be active physically and social, and to help them to stay well and to live well with long term conditions.
