New Active Bingo Sessions Launched Across Sandwell

On 10th October 2016, Sandwell Leisure Trust and Agewell launched a new project for older people.
The ABC project, ‘Activity, Bingo and Cuppa’ combines physical activity with a fun game of bingo or two and social time for a cup of tea, coffee and a chat. Sessions are taking place across the Sandwell, and cost just £2 to attend.
ABC Timetable
Tuesdays
10.00am-11.30am - Tipton Sports Academy
12.45pm-1.30pm - West Bromwich Community Centre
Wednesdays
10.30am-12.00 noon - Haden Hill Leisure Centre
1.30pm-3.00pm - Langley Swimming Centre
Thursdays
10.45am-12.15pm - Wednesbury Leisure Centre
Activities include gentle exercise/physical activity to make your heart stronger, maintain and protect healthy bones and improve your mobility.
Come along and meet up with old friends and make new ones, have a fun game of bingo and enjoy social time for a ‘cuppa’ and chat.
