Learning more about dementia and how it affects individuals and those around them
The Kingfisher Buddies project and Dementia Pathfinder CIC are providing vital support, information and guidance for people who are both pre and post diagnosed with Dementia. Dementia Pathfinders Chief Executive Barbara Stephens has been presenting awareness sessions at the Agewell local forums across the borough which have been well received.
