We know what it’s like to grow older and this knowledge is invaluable to organisations involved in the commissioning and delivery of local, regional and national services, and initiatives for older people.

We are experts at consulting and engaging with older people. We undertake face-to-face, on-line, postal and telephone surveys, as well as mystery shopping activities. We can also run focus groups.
