Exercise with Agewell

Improve your strength, balance and mobility - and have some fun too.

What's your experience of getting older? Are you lonely, less active and generally low, or feeling overwhelmed with looking after a loved one and not sure where to go for help? Well it doesn’t have to be like that.

Agewell provides advice, guidance and a range of quality services to help older people stay socially connected, healthier and living independently for as long as possible. We also support family members in their caring role.

Volunteers are important to our work and we have opportunities for all ages. Volunteering can help you learn new skills, gain confidence and be a part of your community, at the same time as making a difference to the lives of older people.

Give us a call on 0121 796 9333 for an initial chat, or click here to email us. We look forward to hearing from you.
